Introducing La Arboleda High School

José Antonio Alcalde, our teacher in charge of the bilingual section, thought it would be useful to shoot a video about our school, just to show students, parents and teachers that the label bilingual is not only an idea of how things can be done in our system, but also the proof that things are being done.

We took a little Panasonic camera and we both filmed the script that José had written to introduce our school to any people who want to meet us. A bit of home editing, some post-production delays and here are the results. I know, I know our ESO students could speak a better English – and our filming could also be nicer. But that’s what this is all about: learning and improving, being conscious that we are not perfect, there is a long path to be trodden ahead of us, but we are on the way. We hope you like it.
